This notice applies to all information collected or submitted on the hopeevolution.com website. On some pages, you can make requests for federal job coaching and consultations. The types of personal information collected at these pages are:

The Way We Use Information

We use the information you provide about yourself when request a quote only to aid in providing you with an accurate quote. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that quote.

We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.

We use non-identifying and aggregate information to better design our website and to share with advertisers. For example, we may tell an advertiser that X number of individuals visited a certain area on our website, or that Y number of men and Z number of women filled out our registration form, but we would not disclose anything that could be used to identify those individuals.

Finally, we never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.

Our Commitment To Children's Privacy

Refund Policy

At HOPEvolution, we are committed to delivering transformative experiences and high-quality products.

​

1. Digital Products (Journals, Downloads, Courses)

All digital product sales are final and non-refundable due to the immediate access provided upon purchase.

 

2. Physical Products (Journals)

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at tracy@hopeevolution.com. We will gladly replace the item.

 

3. Coaching Services

All coaching sessions and packages are non-refundable once services have begun.

If you need to reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

 

4. Retreats & Events

Due to the nature of planning and reserved accommodations:

  • Deposits are non-refundable

  • Cancellations made 30+ days prior may receive a partial refund (excluding deposit)

  • Cancellations made within 30 days of the event are non-refundable

In certain cases, your registration may be transferred to a future retreat at our discretion.

 

5. Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that life happens. Requests for exceptions will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
